Have any questions about our hotel? Our staff is here to answer them 24 hours a day, but here are some of the ones we hear most often.
What time is check-in/check- out time?
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM
What do I need in order to check-in?
Upon check-in, we require a government issued photo ID and an active credit card that will be authorized for the total amount of your room charges as well as tax and incidentals. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. At the end of your stay, if you'd like to pay with cash, we accept it as well.
Can I check-in during the night?
Yes! We have 24-hour front desk service. If you are going to be arriving really late, we'd appreciate you letting us know ahead of time, but it is not required.
Is late check-out available?
Late check-out is subject to availability, with a surcharge and upon request.
Is the hotel reception desk open 24-hours a day?
Yes! Someone is available at our front desk 24 hours a day to assist you.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, we have plenty of parking. You should be able to park right in front of your hotel room.
May I bring my pet with me?
Pets are welcome at Red Cliffs Lodge with the following restrictions:
A maximum of two pets per room.
Only standard house pets can be accommodated.
Pet fee of $50.00/pet/night with a $100 non-refundable pet cleaning fee.
Pets will be kept on a leash at all times.
Guests will not leave their pets unattended.
Guests are required to sign our Pet Policy at the time of check-in.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in time?
What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
The minimum age to check in is 18 years of age with a valid license or passport.
Will your rooms allow rollway's/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
We do not offer rollaway beds or cribs. We do, however, offer a Pack-N-Play for infants when requested (based on availability with a surcharge).
Is Red Cliffs Lodge in Moab?
No. We are located at Milepost 14 on Scenic Highway 128. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and winding road that follows the Colorado River to the lodge.
Do you have high-speed internet access available? And how much does it cost?
Yes, we offer wireless high-speed Internet access.
Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?
Yes! It is available to guests 24-hours a day.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes! Our Queen Creekside Suites have connecting rooms.
Do you have a pool/hot tub?
Yes! The pool is opened seasonally and the hot tub is open year around.
Do you allow smoking on the property?
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. All of our guest rooms are non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee may be charged if smoking in guest rooms.
Do you have breakfast?
Yes! A hot breakfast buffet is available for purchase in the Cowboy Grill, across from the front desk.
Do you have an on-site restaurant?
We do! The Cowboy Grill has indoor and outdoor dining.
Are the horses on the property, or do I need to drive somewhere for our tour?
Red Cliffs Lodge is pleased to offer horseback riding right on our property. Our wranglers will help you saddle up and head out across the valley for your trip.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
You must contact the website with whom you originally made the reservation. We cannot change or edit third-party website reservations. Next time, book directly on our website or give us a call. We will be happy to assist you!
