Our three event venues can be adapted to meet your needs and requirements. Plan an intimate seminar in the Board Room, with its warm décor and unique watercolor artwork. Or celebrate your wedding in the Colorado Room, decorated with a carpeted floor and tan stucco. It features an elevated stage and 15-foot ceilings and can seat 150 for a banquet.     Colorado Room

    This spacious, 2,300 square-foot room offers stadium-style seating for up to 280 people, and can accommodate 150 for a banquet. Decorated with a carpeted floor and tan stucco, it features an elevated stage and 15-foot ceilings. A 1,300 square-foot patio provides spectacular views of the Colorado River.

    John Wayne Room

    The John Wayne Room can accommodate 100 people theater-style or 50 to 60 for a tabletop meeting with or without food service. The room is carpeted with warm earth tones and has wood-paneled walls. Early movie scene photos from movies filmed at Red Cliffs Ranch - including some early John Wayne movies - decorate the walls.

    Board Room

    The Board Room is an upscale room for meetings of around 20 people. The furnishings are dark wood and leather; the walls feature warm earth tones and signed Don Weller Western art watercolors. The room is adjacent to the kitchen, and food and beverage service is available and easy. A 60-inch flat-screen TV is at the end of the room with hook-ups for DVD and computer presentations in the middle of the executive table.
