MUSEUM EVENTS STAFF
Job Summary:
Museum Event Staff are responsible for delivering educational and entertaining museum programs to guests and visitors. Programs may include guiding historic walking tours, facilitating movie screenings, and/or supporting special events and fundraisers. As representatives of the museum and the property, museum event staff are expected to uphold the highest standards of decorum and customer service when interacting with guests.
Work Schedule: 10-35 hours per week, mostly evenings and weekends
Reports To: Museum Director
Pay Scale: $18-22 per hour, DOE with the potential for tips/commissions
Desired Skills and Experience:

RED CLIFFS FOUNDATION ADMINISTRATOR
Job Summary:
The Administrator is responsible for implementing application and payment policies and processes associated with the Foundation’s scholarship, fellowship, internship, and grant programs. The role also provides support to the Foundation’s Board of Directors and Executive Director by ensuring smooth daily operations of Red Cliffs Foundation, its facilities, and events. Because of the sensitive nature of the work this role performs in our small community, the Administrator is expected to act with the highest levels of ethics and integrity.
Work Schedule: Part Time: 15-30 hours per week, flexible scheduling
Reports To: Foundation Executive Director
Pay Scale: $21-28 per hour
Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and/or four years of relevant experience

Experience in student government, nonprofit or organizational governing board systems

FACILITY MANAGER
Job Summary:
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the structural integrity, maintenance, security, emergency, and regularly scheduled upkeep of the facility. Additionally, the role is responsible for collaborating with the museum director to achieve environmental monitoring standards and ideal object storage and display conditions. This position oversees two full time facility custodians and is expected to achieve budgeted labor and supplies costs. As a member of the Red Cliffs Lodge Executive Committee and Museum Collections Committee, the Facility Manager is expected to attend regularly scheduled Executive Committee meetings, Collections Committee meetings, and fulfill other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Work Schedule: Flexible scheduling, full-time or part-time, seasonal or year-round
Reports To: Museum Director
Direct Reports: 0-4 part- or full-time staff
Pay Scale: $28 - $34 per hour DOE, plus benefits for a full time employee

COLLECTIONS MANAGER
Job Summary:
The Collections Manager is responsible for overseeing and performing necessary object management, care, reporting, preservation, conservation, and exhibition preparation work for a collection that currently holds under 1000 objects and under 5000 images (negatives and/or prints). This position may contribute to the loan process, permanent and temporary exhibit curation efforts, and other public display or education projects including museum publications as assigned. As a member of the Red Cliffs Lodge Executive Committee and Museum Collections Committee, the Collections Manager is expected to attend regularly scheduled Executive Committee meetings, Collections Committee meetings, and fulfill other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
