The dining room at Red Cliffs Lodge is terraced giving every indoor and outdoor table a magnificent view of the Colorado River just 100 feet below, the Fisher Towers straight ahead and the towering 2000' red rock cliffs on all sides. In the heat of the summer, the patio and decks are shaded and cooled with a gentle mist.
The menu features traditional steaks, chops, seafood, chicken, pasta and vegetarian dishes. Daily specials and homemade desserts are prepared in the new state of the art kitchen by a trained experienced staff. On Sunday, a full 80 item brunch is laid out from 10 A.M. - 2 P.M.
A full bar menu is available along with a complete wine list. Castle Creek Winery, Utah’s largest winery, is just a few hundred feet from the dining room and all of the local production is featured by the glass or bottle.
