“My husband and I spent 5 nights at the Red Cliffs Lodge in one of their guest cabins located within fifty feet of the winding Colorado River. On the other side of the cabin was a large pasture where cows and very friendly horses grazed. Towering above us was the red rock cliffs of the outskirts if the Arches National Park. The lodge housed it’s own winery producing Castle Creek wine, a museum, a tribute to all of the old westerns filmed in that area, a restaurant offering a great selection for you to chose from with a great view of the Colorado, an olympic size pool that should have been at 90 degrees, but was cool and refreshing, a fitness center, a laundry and an opportunity to go horse back riding. You could dine in your cabin, which had all of the amenities one needed to prepare a meal, or visit the restaurant then grab a bottle of their wine and sit in front of the gas fireplace watching an old western on TV as the Colorado river rolls by outside the sliding glass door. Mother nature created a stunningly beautiful location and the owners of the lodge created a warm, friendly, and relaxing atmosphere for their guests to stay in. If you are going to visit the Moab area Red Cliffs Lodge is a must.” - pattybiggs
